What can I expect from the designing and renovating stage?
The first stage of your remodeling will be the designing phase. At this point, you will be able to sit down with our designer and discuss what you are envisioning for your space. We take the time to learn about our clients in order to understand what is important to you, and how we can make this renovation turn from a dream to a reality. During the renovating stage our experienced contractors will bring your plans to life. While they are working, our designer will continue to have weekly on-site visits with you to keep you involved in the process. They will go over what has been completed as well as what you should expect for the upcoming week. While the work is being done, and when your renovation is completed, the area will always be clean. The designer will have a final walk through with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final project. At this point you will be able to sit back and enjoy your new space.
How long should the renovating take?
The length of a project will vary depending on the scope of work and delivery timeline, but we can give an idea of our duration early in the design. All of our estimates include an approximate start date and completion date during our process.
